Personalised commissioned works

A 50% down payment is required for personalised commissioned works.
Work will commence once the down payment has been received.
The remaining amount due shall be paid upon completion of the work,
which will be dispatched once full payment has been received.

Delivery time

The manufacturing process for commissioned works comprises a number of complex steps;
consequently, no firm delivery time can be set.
As a general rule, delivery times for commissioned works are approximately three to six months.

Copyright

As the customer you retain all rights pertaining to your personalised commissioned work.
I undertake not to publish your data or images. However, I cannot be held responsible
for data abuse by third parties, for example data abuse occurring at the 3D printing platform,
at the art foundry, or as a result of hacker attacks. Unless otherwise agreed,
the data recorded during the scanning process, and the casting mould, will be destroyed upon
completion of the sculpture.

Provisio

If unforeseen difficulties should arise, I reserve the right to cancel the commission and refund the down payment.

Orders of own-collection sculptures

A 30% down payment is required for orders of own-design works.
Work will commence once the down payment has been received.
The remaining amount due shall be paid upon completion of the work,
which will be dispatched once full payment has been received.

Delivery time

Same as personalised commissioned works, approx. 3-6 months.
